COMSTEC is dedicated to bringing Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) focused organizations together throughout the state, serving as an intermediary to increase communication and progress in STEM education as well as replicate innovative practices. As a statewide organization focused on STEM education, COMSTEC believes that through the partnerships with all of the key stakeholders - business, education and government - that forward progress will be achieved in developing Colorado’s skilled 21st Century workforce.

Aligning the disparate efforts across the state will support STEM education and elevate both the public policy discussion and the public sector response to this need, through a partnership with businesses, educators and government. These collaborations will be demonstrated through many activities and programs such as this website to serve as resource of statewide STEM information.
